An 84,450 SF facility programmed and designed to provide a LEED certified building with new meeting spaces, offices, student organizations and food service for the entire campus. The design of this building was developed in such a way that it will rest on campus to blend and compliment the existing structures. The SLTC recently was awarded LEED Gold certification, and is the first College or University building in Arkansas to achieve this rating.
